An international symposium at London Metropolitan University: November 20-
21st, 2008.

2009 is the bicentenary of the birth of Darwin, whose work established the
continuum of human and animal existence, acknowledged the emotional status
of animals and advocated a humane approach to animals.

Studio 303 is currently seeking artists for the Verni #142 on January 24th at 7pm and 9pm. The evening's theme is Ground (Groundedness, a sense of the earth, to grind a gem from rock, a sense of gravity and rebound, percussive footwork, bare feet or not…).

This workshop provides performers with a simple and powerful entrance into embodied sound and movement. Learn how to integrate the wisdom of ancient spiritual disciplines with the self-expression of performance through an exploration of the Asian performance techniques of Tadashi Suzuki, Butoh, and Indian Odissi Dance.
