In this workshop we will explore specific anatomical and physiological systems (fluids, muscles, bones, organs) of the body through movement, sound, breath and hands-on work for personal embodiment, discovering ease and efficiency in everyday movement, developing athletic virtuosity, and as source for creating movement. This workshop encourages creative development by integrating somatic tools through personal movement research, partnering explorations and improvisational scores.
